"I stayed here for a concert at Allstate Arena. The venue is about a 7-minute walk away. Most of the guests seemed to be there for the concert. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was convenient that there was a microwave, paper plates and cutlery on each floor. Most of the shops were closed after the concert, so I was able to heat up the food I bought for lunch and eat it! There is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which seems to arrive every 30-40 minutes in front of the exit for Terminal 2C. Other hotel shuttles also arrive at the same place, so make sure to check before boarding. There is a Target supermarket, a wine shop and an IHOP (for pancakes) nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"Well, the hotel is near the airport but they don't have FREE Airport Shuttle. Trip.com has mislead us in the article so please beware. The uber is also expensive going to this hotel. You will be charged around $16-20 USD per trip! Crazy price! The hotel though was clean and well maintained. I like the kitchen area though I didn't use it. There's a free breakfast but it was only cookies and muffins. Don't expect anything. The service was okay. I think that's it. "
