We as a family enjoy our stay there . The assistant sales manager Ms Nissa was so helpful as I requested for a deco in my room as the 1st of May was my wife's birthday, she indeed did a very good job in decorating the room and also with a birthday cake . Like to take these opportunity to thank Ms nissa and her staff. And also not forgetting the food was do delicious all from breakfast to dinner no complain. Thank you

We had a wonderful overnight stay in Desaru that exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a short romantic getaway. The beach was clean and serene, offering the ideal spot for a quiet evening walk. Our room was cozy, well-maintained, and had a lovely view that made us feel relaxed right away. We also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who made our stay extra comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood options nearby. Overall, it was a refreshing escape from the city — peaceful, scenic, and memorable. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing retreat!

Ideally one of the best hotels in terms of location ; amenities , amazing staff and good food for breakfast. Surrounding area and the overall aesthetic and view of the hotel is top notch. The hotel in itself has a lot to offer and within 3-4km outside the hotel there’s ample of outdoor activities too. Posting a pic of the bathe I took before leaving.

Big room but old. The room wasn’t prepared before we arrived. No electricity because it was short circuit. Toilet flashing system not working!!!!

Customer service at its best. Accommodation and the room i have booked is perfect. Highly recommended, For those lazy to bring food and cook like me no worries food in every corner. No need to worry if you forget things they also have a retail shop.
