Hot tub heating is always included, while pool heating is available for an additional fee. **Fully Equipped Kitchen** You'll have everything you need, including silverware, tableware, and appliances like an oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. Just bring your favorite groceries! **Sleeping Arrangements** Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed Bedroom 4: 2 Bunk beds (Twin XL over Queen) Bedroom 5: Sleeper sofa & 2 air mattresses **Additional guests: $50/night per guest after the 10th guest **Parking** Driveway & street parking available (max 6 cars per reservation). Other things to note There are 2 security cameras in the property:1 located in the backyard pointing out to the backyard, 1 located in the front yard pointing out to the front of the house. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is one noise monitor and it is installed in the backyard and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs. Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 7 pm. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed outside. Spa & Pool Heating Policy • Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle. • Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement: - $80/day to heat up to 82°F - $135/day to heat up to 88°F You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval. We welcome your furry friends! Our home is PET-friendly, but we kindly ask that you clean up after them and be mindful of furniture and flooring. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. A $1000 fee will apply for any smoking violations. Strictly no decorations, No tapes, No pins, on walls that has wallpapers on it, or the wall with the flower backdrop. You are welcome to decorate the other walls, and you would need to take down your decorations. Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox. Also note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities. For safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Assumption of Risk: By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party. You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
