Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). • Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit. • Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against the property owner for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the damage deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules. • All Credit card fees are not refundable if reservation is canceled.
