Great location for Travel Nurses, working consultants, and great for longer stays. This space comes with two Queen Bed Gel Memory Mattress, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay! Located 7 minutes from downtown Detriot, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. This building is recently renovated and, comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max! Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)! You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Use of Common Amenities: *Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day. * Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. You can get around using various transportation options such as: Car: There are several car rental companies available in the area. Additionally, you can also use ride-hailing services such as Uber and Lyft. Public transportation: The nearest bus stop is located just a few blocks away, and there are several routes that run through the area. Biking or walking: The neighborhood is relatively walkable and bike-friendly, and there are bike lanes on some of the major streets. Taxi: There are several taxi companies that operate in the area, and you can easily flag one down on the street or call for a pickup. We are located at a central spot to all the beautiful things Detriot has to offer. 6 mins from Downtown Detriot 2 mins from the DMC and University 2 mins from Wayne State 4 mins from the Ford Field 1 mile from Cultural Center Free parking is provided in front of the building, Check out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved). - Management limits the parking to 1 car per reservation in the outdoor surface parking. Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. - Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. - All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. Other things to Note: - Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. - No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. - Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you in advance for respecting our community and helping us serve you. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. **Local Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be canceled. No exceptions, no refunds** Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens FOB Keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00 Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. **We ask that you respect our home and the community.
