Trumbull and Porter - Detroit Downtown

I have stayed here quite a few times now, and this was one of my best experiences.. Really good service at check-in, a beautiful smile and very professional. The room was clean, workout room was convenient and well stocked. Lastly, I think Corktown is Detroit's best neighborhood. I will be back.

Great location and staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend to other travelers..!

Very easy experience in a good location

Loved the vibe! Super cool, trendy spot. Very clean, cute cafe up front.

位置離場館很近，佈置的比較温馨。周圍交通也比較方便。服務員態度也比較好，值得推薦、值得推薦、值得推薦

This art-infused redo of a Holiday Inn was a great Internet find. With inspired Detroit-related art and artifacts, it nicely framed our brief weekend in Detroit. Whether dramatic murals on the outside or fascinating poetry in the lobby, Turnbull and Porter exceeded our expectations. Make sure you try Folk for breakfast, a block and a half away.

This hotel is so fun. The staff is really nice and create a fun atmosphere that lasted my whole stay. You walk in to catchy music and smiling people. The room was simple but very clean, and such a good price for downtown. I hadn't been to Corktown before, but so much was within walking distance. It's a little art boutique hotel so it isn't "fancy", but a refreshing change from the One Type Box hotel rooms. For sure my Motown Go-To place!

We booked the whirlpool suite at almost $400.. firstly they really do charge you $10 to park in their parking lot. I really don’t know why? There is no alternative transportation? So the room was run down. I’m not sure why the tile was even very outdated when this hotel isn’t incredibly old. It smelled of mold, the towels hurt our skin to dry off with. They advertise robes and gave us 1. lol. We get home and the mold smell spread to our luggage.. everything and the luggage was hosed down and washed and dried. I have never had to do that before. Here we are I guess. The tub was advertised as a larger tub and was a 1 person tub… I whirlpool suite tub seats two not 1. The jets we were weak…. We feel taken advantage of and we didn’t leave happy and it was my birthday.
