Hotel Keisa

Horrible experience staying here. First of all, it states free wifi but it only works in reception, no signal at all in our room on second floor. The sheets on the beds were too small, resulting in them completely coming off as soon as you lie down on them, which is very annoying. Also, for the full week we stayed there our room wasn't cleaned, towels were not replaced, bins not emptied. Worst of all, the staff were rude and aggressive. We gave €100 deposit for the room and the lady from reception marched us up to check the room and was aggressively shouting at us, banging the wall getting up in our faces because there was a tiny bit of sand on the floor? It's like they expected us to meticulously clean our hotel room before leaving? Eventually they gave us our deposit back as they didnt have a valid reason to keep it. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely tragic hotel. Do not stay here. The staff are aggressive and shout at guests, no rooms are cleaned or fresh towels/ sheets provided. After going to the beach and heading back to the hotel we were aggressively told to “get out” as we had a few stands of seaweed on our feet. My wife felt incredible intimidated and scared to go into the hotel alone. We were rudely awoken every morning by hotel staff shouting in reception and a constant phone ringing but nobody answering. The walls are thin so expect to hear all of your neighbours business too. Basically, if you want to enjoy your holiday then avoid this hotel at all costs.

Heureusement que je n'ai fais qu'une nuit dans cet " hôtel ". Franchement, mais franchement ... rien ne vas. J'ai pas mis une étoile car la situation géographique est bonne et que je me dis que les propriétaires étaient sympathiques malgré tout et malgré le fait d'être complètement inconscient des services offerts dans les pays occidentaux pour les prix qu'ils pratiquent. Bref. Soit ils se réveillent, soit ils mettront rapidement la clé sous la porte. Quand je dis que rien ne vas ... et bien, comment dire ?! Une prise électrique à 15 centimètres du pommeau de douche donnerait une brève idée à quoi s'attendre.
