The hotel amenities are old and require renovation.
AC machine is a bit noisy.
Pools and kids pool is are good and water T° is perfect.

Great experience with the tour agent located in the front lobby of the hotel. Nargiza was honest , knew her stuff and went an extra mile for us. Answered all our questions and thought outside the box offering different opinions. We Got two tours from her. Highly recommend

I am quite disappointed and frustrated with our recent stay at the Mirage Bab Al Bahr hotel. We have been visiting this hotel three times a year since 2020, and my children have always enjoyed swimming in the pool with us. However, during our four-night stay, the hotel manager unfortunately refused to allow my children to swim with us, despite the staff's sympathetic and understanding attitude. This incident ruined what was supposed to be a fun family vacation. As my daughter put it, "This is our last trip to this hotel." The management's lack of flexibility and understanding is appalling. We will not return.

We checked into the hotel, declared 5 stars, in fact a maximum of 3. The hotel staff is as rude as possible, the manager at the restaurant threatened with eviction, was rude. "All inclusive", if you can call it that, does not correspond to reality, drinks can be maximum two in hand. The bar staff is rude, they say you've had enough, you're drunk. In general, the hotel does not appreciate the guests at all, they are not interested in the guests

Service is poor, breakfast is low quality, so low that we didn't even consider any other meal period in the hotel. I had requested to the house keeping to change the linen after 2 nights (generally a short period but since it's a beach resort, beach sand finds its way on the bed) the lady told me "I will check if it's dirty". Overall the stay was not pleasant there's much better options in Fujairah that allow you to fully enjoy the amazing emirate. The best thing is the kids water park. I definitely would not recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel in May 2025, a family of 4. The most disappointing thing was the food. There was enough food for everyone, of course, but its variety leaves much to be desired. Everything is so monotonous, there is no choice at all, one type of beef, chicken and fish. And so for 10 days. There are also very few drinks in the bar. The coffee is generally no good. And if you did not drink a cup of coffee at breakfast, then you will not be able to drink it anywhere on the all-inclusive system. Only for an additional fee. The hotel area itself is small, there is nowhere to go in the evening. No animation. The only plus is the sea. Clean and warm. I will not return to this hotel anymore. Because the price and quality do not match
