Two kayaks provided for pond use. Includes six passes daily (does not include check-out day, $26/day peak season value each) to Bridges Bay water park, access to pools, and fitness facility. Walking distance to Bridges Bay restaurants and lake access. Over-sized patio with Weber gas grill. Extended driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars (this is a nice benefit as street parking is not allowed). Washer/dryer available in unit for guest use.
