We love the big clean spacious room with nice view. The room is so big that we can fully open 2 big luggages and still have plenty of space. Located in the heart of the old city, with many shops and restaurants around. The bed is very comfortable, and they provided oxygen machine and humidifier, which are great for high-altitude stay. There is a sofa in the room, too. The operator is very friendly and helpful. He even woke up early to send us to the main road as it will be challenging to lug our luggages along the uneven ancient road. Will stay at this hotel again if we come back to Shangri-La. I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff eventhough they can’t speak English but they tried their level best to communicate via wechat and translate.From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was how they helped arrange transportation for my trip to Lijiang and even coordinated my transfer for the Balagezong tour. On the day of my trip to Balagezong,the staff personally sent me to the nearest bus station by motorcycle to make sure I caught the right bus on time—something I never expected, but deeply appreciated. This level of care and attention made my journey smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and cozy, but it’s the warm and genuinely helpful service that made it special. We arrived a little bit late to the hotel but the owner/hotel is already ready to greet us. They are super friendly and super helpful! Our rooms are located upstairs but they helped us with all our crazy luggages with a swift.. Walking distance to the ancient town where you can get a feet soak and massage for 68yuan and the masseuse was really good! The owners got 3 cute cats running around playing and enjoying themselves like us. Highly recommended! The room is spacious, with basic amenities and there is also extra blanket given because it is freaking cold in Xiangelila.. We enjoyed so much!!!

Everything is superb. Significantly, the owner(a young lady) takes care of and helps with everything more than our expectations. The room and facilities are perfect. Every night, she also serves Yak hot milk to all customers. I highly recommend everyone stay here. You will get superb service with the minimum payment. I’m very impressed.
