For shared use: natural garden 500 m2. In the complex: central heating system. Parking at the house, public parking 100 m. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 2.5 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop 400 m, grass beach 600 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km, public bathing area 600 m, lake Surfsee 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 700 m. Please note: car recommended. The apartment building with a total of 24 apartments and an additional, directly attached holiday home is located outside the area of Warwerort where tourist tax is payable. Everything was very neat and clean. Everything was available for cooking. The location is ideal, it is very quiet and only a relatively short walk away from the North Sea. It is only a few minutes by car to Büsum, where you can go shopping and eat out. Th

Small, clean apartment on the first floor with a sunny balcony. Fully equipped, only a microwave is not available. We wouldn't call the second room a full room.
