Nice hotel in good location. Rooms are international standard except the bed with 2 mattresses for one bed.

Also was soll ich sagen, ich würde vom meine Zimmer Reservierung/Vorstellung voll übertroffen. Zimmer sind zu 100% wie auf dem Bilder. In der Realität noch schöner. Bett und Badezimmer ein Traum. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Im vollen und ganzen, kann ich diese Hotel jedem empfehlen. Frühstück hab ich leider nicht gebucht.

This hotel is used to house Asylum Seekers and Refugees The bar and restaurant are locked to prevent their entry The underground parking is not secure Food its being cooked in the corridors The whole place stinks of it Children and teenagers are running loose Washing is hanging from the balconies and windows None of this was explained at the time of booking I asked for a full refund Up to you . . .

Camere ampie e pulite, bagno senza WC ma con ampia doccia, sempre disponibile una bottiglia d’acqua in camera, colazione abbondante. Il parcheggio praticamente aperto è caro 12 euro a notte, una pecca anche la mancanza di un collegamento tra una ala dell’hotel e le camere del secondo palazzo

Das Plaza Residenz Hotel Ditzingen ist das Best Western Hotel, das zur Hälfte der Aufnahme von Flüchtlinge dient. Da ich eine Frau im Team habe, war es die Vorgabe, nicht im Umfeld unbekannter arabischer Männer zu übernachten. Durch die Firmierung als Plaza Residenz Hotel anstelle von Best Western wurde die wahre Identität jedoch verschleiert. Ich war sehr erschrocken, dass ich an der etwas veränderten Adresse tatsächlich wieder im Hotel gegenüber der Flüchtlingsunterkunft gelandet war. Dies ist eine Etikettenschwindel und ich fühle mich betrogen. Richtig wäre es gewesen, dies offen zu kommunizieren, zumal an dem Hotel weiterhin die Beleuchtung von Best Western erstrahlt. Warum hat man nicht den Mut, die Wahrheit offen zu kommunizieren?
