The exterior of the hotel is cool. But the interior seems to be unmaintained. The bathroom smelled. It's expensive compared to nearby hotels, but the interior facilities are not good.

Stayed here in May 1989 or 90. Have read the recent reviews and in 1990 it was the same-great staff, good Turkish food and full of history. Near a lot of history. Became part of a wedding celebration on the weekend. Treated like family. If you are going thru Diyarbakir, put this Otel on your travel plan.
