"My wife, Marlina, our 5 year old daughter and I arrived in Melbourne about 2pm after a two day drive from Sydney. Marlina was stressed, as she had a scary experience the night before, due to the spookiness of the Australian bush at night. Marlina being from Indonesia was used to actively, lights and people at night, not the quite isolation of country Australia.  When we arrived I had to pick up the keys to the Kuta accommodation. Marlina was already stressed and we were a bit over the trip. She told me to pick up the keys. It was fairly simple and I was greeted by a lovely lady who was very helpful and explained everything about the accommodation. We got to the apartment. It was lovely and we could immediately relax. Everything we needed was there. It was clean and the sun was shining in. I met up with my two older daughters and we all went out for an early dinner walking distance away.  Marlina, Halona and I stayed for 5 days. We had everything we needed for cooking our own food and the location was ideal. It was close to every where we wanted to go in Melbourne. Very central.  On leaving I left my bag in the room. I was able to get support immediately from the area manager, even though it was a public holiday. The area manager was the same lovely person who greeted me when I arrived to pick up the keys. She personally saw that I was able to get back into the apartment to get my bag, which had our passports in it. I will definitely be staying with Kuta on my next vacation to Melbourne."

"It was on amazing location one minutes walk to new year fireworks. Pizza, cafe, Bars, Woolies,Aldi, just down the building and district of Dockland shopping center in 3minites walk, 2 minutes walk to public parking. Appartments has its own car park that you have to pay extra. 24/7 help desk. Fully secured place. We enjoyed our stay. Beds in rooms were ok, sofa bed was not comfortable, you literally feel the springs poking your back. We were 5 people so we needed that extra bed which was disappointment."

"We have stayed for 4 nights in this apartment it’s quite smooth on the arrival date for check in. But after 6pm, you need to contact reception in advance. Our apartment is clean and location is good as we can grab the uber easily for the city visit. Besides, gym and swimming pool is included and security is good enough. For the kitchenette, equipment is adequate for us to cook the food while washing machine is nearby. Definite will come back again. T"

The location, however, was a bit far from the city’s CBD area, but getting there was still easy thanks to the nearby tram access.
