The hotel has an excellent location, close to the Islamic Museum, the National Museum, and the train station in Souq Waqif. It is also very close to Souq Waqif, and the staff at the reception were very respectful, as well as the service inside the rooms and the cleanliness. Everything was excellent. The rooms are very big and they care about the cleanliness of the rooms and services in general. Honestly, it was a very wonderful experience, and the price was very reasonable compared to the hotel's location and services, noting that I paid by card before arrival. May Allah reward them. God willing, I will come again
The room had an amazing view of Doha. I didn't take any other pictures of the hotel or room because there was no need to. Pictures are true to what's shown online. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. All the staff are so extremely helpful, accomodating and welcoming. Very relaxed one day layover!
This is an exquisite hotel with a really nice architecture and design. It's a perfect location, wonderful staff, room is big, bed is super comfortable, and the vibe is very relaxing. The guy who takes care of the fitness area is very nice. There is a jaccuzi and steam room (no sauna) and they have some really nice things like fruit infused water and a chocolate hour at reception. Everything works great and it's all very well taken care of. They've also taken some sustainability initiatives, which is great. Absolutley loved it!

The hotel is nice with its environment. They had a meeting room which is very useful to business trip. The door keeper and the reception girls are really helpful to us. They even helped us with phone call to customers who can not speak English. The breakfast is also good.I really recommend this hotel to you.
Firstly, Shaza Location was perfect. 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to Souq Waqif. Recommend to visit both day and night.
First impression is clean and big room. Downside is the inconsistent of the shower temperature. Cold water gushing out every minute.
Service was alright. Fuss free but nothing to rave about.
Breakfast was good for the price. Spread was limited but good enough for our daily intake
Very disappointing experience due to the hotel’s lack of transparency. When booking, there was no mention anywhere on the website or in the hotel policies that Qatari nationals are not allowed to stay with someone of the opposite gender without a marriage certificate. Upon arrival, I was only informed of this rule, which was never stated beforehand. As a result, I had to book an extra room, causing unnecessary inconvenience and additional costs. While the reception staff was polite, the hotel’s policy should have been clearly communicated before booking to avoid such issues. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.”
The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the breakfast is rich in variety, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the front desk service is average, the response is always slow, and the room service and restaurant service staff are quite polite.
The hotel is perfect, the breakfast is also very good, the service is very good.
Wet, quite wet. The pool is perfect, everything is perfect, everything is perfect. I love this hotel.
The hotel location is good. About 15-20 minutes from airport, very convenient for a short transit trip
Walking (don't do that in summer) distance to National Museum, Islamic Art Museum and Souq Waqif.
My flight arrived in early morning and the front desk charged me for early check-in at about 2/3 of the full night rate...Except for this, the staffs were generally friendly.
Room space is huge, 60sqm+, but the view is almost blocked though I booked city view. But does't matter too much as it's not necessary to open the curtains during day time due too too strong sunlight. Sound insulation is not good enough.
Very nice hotel. We’ve got upgraded to a better room for free. First floor has a very bice buffet restaurant where I had some delicious dinner.

GGuest UserThe hotel meets the price-service-location ratio. Although I booked three months in advance. Many thanks to the staff and in particular to the receptionist Lilii. She gave us the opportunity to check in earlier than 14:00, which after 2 flights gave us the opportunity to sleep well and see the sights in the evening, and also helped us with all our questions.
WWariyukiThis Fraser Suites is a bit old and requires renovation. The bath tube was dirty, there was no socket near the beds. Their aircon was too cold and not able to adjust temperature to above 23C even with the help of housekeeping. The shower water was too cold for the first night and it took a day for their technician to fix it. Having said that their swimming pool, gym and other amenities were good. Location-wise, it’s not the most convenient location but there is a metro bus next to it.
NNidia QonitatullahI can’t go there after my booking because I miseed my flight to Doha, I contact the hotel and explain the situation but they said I need to contact to trip.com, after I contact trip.com they try to contact the hotel again and they reject my change date because of I missed my flight. I will not recommend this hotel if you have the same situation with me. Also I got deducted twice for this booking it’s so annoying.
GGuest UserIt was cheap, but I can’t say it’s a hotel I’d like to stay, interior looks really dated and not in a good way, room smells weird, like some spices, in general it’s ok if you need to spend a night but I wouldn’t go there for holidays.
科科威伊迪萨The location is very good. It is not far from the Museum of Islamic Art, the National Museum, and the old bazaar. There are large construction sites around, and there are no construction sites in Doha. The service industry is very good, the living is very comfortable, the room decoration is very ethnic style, my mother and I like it very much. The bathroom is a bit small, just a little bigger.
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is not bad. The staff is friendly, the administrators are polite. The rooms correspond to the photos, I stayed in a standard and a suite. The only downside is the cockroaches... I won't say there were many of them, but they were encountered regularly. The location (close to the museum, metro) and the price allow me to give the hotel a solid four.
JJIELINThe morning flight arrived at 7am, the hotel reception and the rooms were very friendly, let me stay and rest early. The people of this country are happy and intimate. The front desk can exchange currency, 5 yuan per handling fee. The mobile phone charging line was checked out, IQ was arrears, but the hotel provided Chinese-made data lines, proud and proud, great! You can walk from the sights and the location is good.
奕奕衡WilliamThe hotel environment is honest, not as good as domestic Samsung, even worse than some chains, there is no air conditioning in the corridor, indoor facilities are very old, not recommended, air conditioning is not too strong
