Dopo lo stop per la pandemia, ritroviamo ancor più qualità nell’accoglienza e grande attenzione alla soddisfazione del cliente. Gentilezza e disponibilità sono una costante in tutto il personale, così come la pulizia delle camere, delle piscine e degli altri spazi comuni; i servizi sono assolutamente adeguati alle tariffe. Non vedevamo l’ora di ritornare e, come sempre, le attese sono state più che rispettate. Rientreremo, come sempre, con un pieno di benessere

Hotel molto carino e moderno con camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Il soggiorno prevede anche l'accesso alla SPA dell'hotel dotata di 3 ampie piscine ( una al chiuso e due all'aperto ) vari tipi di sauna, spogliatoio etc. possibilità di prenotare massaggi e altri servizi per l'estetica e il benessere. Personale dell'hotel molto accogliente e gentile ( non tutti parlano Italiano ) Buffet a colazione abbondante, a cena la qualità è altalenante. Servizio al ristorante migliorabile ( dipdende da che turno capitate ). Tutto sommato una bella vacanza rilassante

Hotel vintage e per me davvero affascinante. Camera in legno stile retro molto ampia e confortevole. Sala ristorante nel hotel adiacente moderno ma ben collegata con un passaggio attraverso la sala ristorante dell’ albergo antico ricco di un grande lampadario veramente straordinario. Con l’ immaginazione si può fantasticare su convivi eleganti dei tempi passati. Si mangia a buffet con ampia scelta di cibo che si può consultare nella propria lingua. Personale di sale attento e premuroso. Però il meglio è la zona termale sia interna che esterna. La piscina principale è grandissima con corsie anche per il nuoto e ci sono anche punti per idromassaggi. Piscine anche per i più piccoli con un galeone ricco di giochi d’acqua. Le piscine sono un po’ distanti dal corpo degli hotel ma sono raggiungibili o attraverso un bellissimo parco o percorrendo un corridoio coperto. Per me che, causa invalidità, ho difficoltà a lunga camminata, la soluzione è stata farmi prestare dal vicino ospedale una sedia a rotelle. Se mi leggono ringrazio per la squisita disponibilità. In conclusione esperienza molto positivo che consiglio vivamente.

The hotel is one of the best in this range (4 stars superior) that we have been in Croatia and Slovenia. Rooms are spacious with big balconies and everything is very nicely decorated in the hotel. We especially liked sayings in different languages in elevators. Personnel at the reception is very polite and helpful, as well as in restaurant. The food is really very good and there are plenty of choices. For dinner, there was a buffet for everything except the main course, where you can choose from several dishes. Indoor pools were ok for us, although probably not very interesting for children. We were there during the winter, but they have water slides at outside pools. On Friday evenings they serve sparkling wine at the pools. There is a long glass corridor to wellness and saunas. We usually spend a lot of time in saunas. They are not very big (to our standards), including the one where sauna programs with air swirling are held. During our weekend there was a crowd, because saunas are open also to outside guests. There are smaller saunas also at the top floor of the hotel Balnea. They have a weekly program that offered some kind of recreation every day. Next to the hotel is also a nice garden with sculptures of Slovenian artists. Dolenjske Toplice are small but nice. Our biggest problem was afterwards. I applied for membership in Terme Krka Club when leaving and despite several emails and promises, I never received a club card. So the follow-up care is not very good, but I will not lower my grade because of this, since it is not relevant for all prospective guests.
