Supermarket 500 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Como" 50 km, grass beach 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 4.2 km. Marina 1.2 km, golf course (18 hole) 23 km. Please note: no lift. The apartment is functional, everything is available, clean. The balcony is particularly great with a fantastic view and lots of sun. The landlady does not speak German or English, but you still understand each other. Very nice landlord couple.
