這個酒店的設計很別緻，客房星星點點地設定在山坡上，連接客房和公共建築的不是台階就是棧道，非常有特色。
據説是設計師特地採用了高低不平的石塊作路面，是要讓人離開快節奏來享受一段慢時光，但是他們卻不會因此而累壞了有行李的老年人，會有管家前來幫你把行李一直送到客房門口。
負責我們那個雲琦管家，一個年輕漂亮的菇涼，不僅提前跟我們確認行程，我們剛進大門就來迎接，辦入住，送行李，熱情，主動，儘管幫我們送行李累得有些氣喘吁吁的，還是一臉的笑容。
酒店的游泳池太有特色了，是個建在海邊的無邊游泳池，海浪一邊一邊地打在泳池邊上，給人一種身臨其境的感覺，可惜我們去的時節不對，水温太低，不能去體驗一下。
入住酒店送下午茶，以及一套正餐，這也是考慮到酒店周邊沒有餐廳特地為客人着想的舉動。
所不足的地方就是餐桌上還少了一套調味品，一則福建地區餐飲的口味較為清淡，也要照顧到不同口味的客人，放上調味品可以讓客人就餐的體驗會更好一些；二則畢竟硬件和軟件要與房價能匹配起來。
客房裡的床單還可以再平整一些，以免給人一種匆忙大掃的感覺。
