The customer service attitude at the front desk was extremely poor. When I went to Dongxing Port on October 5th, there were a lot of people and traffic jams. Many intersections had restricted access. The hotel was located at the back door. I called the hotel customer service and they said they would relocate us to another location (what? Generally speaking, it is close to the port. It is also the hotel close to Vietnam Street that I want to go to this time. The atmosphere is good and the location is convenient, but the sound insulation of the room is not good.

I originally thought it was a power outage. I asked my friend in the morning, but it turned out that the power there was not shut down. Then I called the hotel, but nothing was done until check-out; 4. When asked if there was a solution, even if he said sorry, it would be fine. 位置在東興國門景區外面一百米左右 街道對面有專屬停車位，停車方便 距離吃飯商業距離近，方便吃飯和購物 酒店有電梯非常棒

房間乾淨，衞生，地理位置很好，離國門景區很近，步行幾分鐘就到。附近吃飯的地方很多。

房間可以，價格也合適性價比很高，前台客服很熱情，位置很好，一出酒店走幾部就是國門景區，買啥都方便，離金灘也不遠開車很方便

距離口岸很近 周邊也都是商業街什麼都有得買性價比非常高 OKoooooo

網上預訂的，比預想的要好，房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情，停車免費，離景點也近，逛街吃東西都很方便，值得推薦。

這酒店真的特別好，也特別安靜，很適合旅遊居住，距離景點也特別近，真的很好呦，我很喜歡，我們一家人住的也很舒服。

還可以，建議住稍微中高層一點

位置好，房間總體滿意，服務好，有免費停車服務。
