老闆和老闆娘熱情勤勞！北侖河邊位置，河對面是越南，去口岸步行街很方便。有小陽台可以晾曬衣服，可以看河對岸風景。

房間位置很不錯，正對北侖河，河對面就是芒街，算河景房。沿河邊一路可走到國門景區。房間設施稍差，周邊吃的較多，但需走幾百米。

第一次來到東興併入住賞萊雅境酒店，酒店的地理位置非常好，出酒店百米，一路就可以遊覽文昌塔、關帝廟、中越友誼公園，不遠即可到達東興口岸。東興口岸景區附近有越南街、胡志明亭、清5號界碑、陳公祠等著名的景點。酒店對面相隔北侖邊境界河與越南芒街隔河相望。與景區的喧鬧無比相比，酒店十分安靜，宛如一個世外桃源。酒店附近餐飲十分方便，附近有咖啡廳，北侖大道沿線各種特色小吃比比皆是，口岸景區的海鮮、各種特色小吃也是應有盡有。榴蓮、芒果、芭蕉等熱帶水果在東興可以大飽口福。酒店的設施齊全，服務十分到位，每天打掃衞生。特別是酒店老闆夫婦非常熱情，主動介紹東興景區、景點和餐飲情況，還主動帶我們去景點去遊覽。入住賞睞雅境酒店，有如回家的感覺，下次來東興一定還要入住賞萊雅境酒店。特別感謝攜程為我們提供了平台。

老闆一家人都好好，很熱情，因為是淡季，我們一到，老闆就直接給我們升級了房間，把我們定的換成了大的家庭套房，晚上睡覺很安靜，衞生也很好，離國門景區很近，位置很好，忘記拍照了📷就是天氣不好，一直下雨☔️我們也沒玩盡興。

酒店的位置很好，就在中越界河邊上，從房間裏可以直接望到對面越南街景。
距離口岸也很近，走過去大概十分鐘左右。
酒店邊上是東興中學門口，附近也有一些親民價的飯館可以吃飯。
老闆人很好也很客氣，這次旅行很滿意

房間乾淨衞生，老闆很熱情周到，站在陽台可以看到日出，同時定了兩間房，老闆給升級了一個家庭房，陽台可以看到白倫河，對面就是越南。

老闆很好，我訂錯時間了，沒扣手續費服務態度也很好。離國門很近，幾分鐘就到了，酒店那條街吃的也挺多的，不錯。
