Plus, completely rebuilt carriage house with brand new studio apartment and full bath. Studio has a patio with unobstructed view of the water. Main cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, one queen bed and one full. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Full bath is on the first floor. Full-size stacked washer and dryer. Kitchen is well-equipped. Screened-in front porch. Large Smart tv and DVD player with a nice assortment of movies. Free Wifi. The carriage house studio has a queen sleep sofa, full bath, mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig. Large Smart tv and free Wifi. There is also an outdoor shower. Patio has table/chairs and cantilever umbrella. We provide all paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues, table napkins and trash bags – 2 sizes). Also provided are cleaning products (dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, table/counter spray cleaners). Personal products include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash/scrubbies and bar soaps. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron are also available.
