"The rooms are big and stunned, 3 times more than the average room. There is a sofa and there is a min kitchen. The restaurant is good around. Basically impeccable. Is the location is relatively biased, from the Reim and U2 subway station, walking 20 minutes, or transfer to the bus. There is also a supermarket within a 10-minute walk."

The door of bathroom is not closing properly, hence it is not suitable for a room of multiple persons. This is not a defect, it is by design so. As an addition dueing messe events it is exceptionally expensive. Altogether not a good value for money."
