This is our first time staying at StayApt and we were surprised how nice the rooms are. They do not have free breakfast and they don't have an elevator so be sure to ask for the first floor. I hope they open more locations because this is going to be a preferred hotel for us in the future.

Great, clean, spacious hotel. The rooms are a little over 509 sq feet, full kitchen, living area with sofa bed. We stayed overnight on our way to the beach, family of four. It was great. No “free” breakfast, but the room was about $60 cheaper than area hotel rooms with as much space (Home2, Residence). The layout is interesting, 2 floors, no elevator (that I saw) inside there is an open air courtyard with access to the rooms. So, your door is technically outside, but inside a secure area only accessible by your key. The courtyard has a shared Grill and a fire pit with some tables. There are some local workers who take advantage of the extended stay aspect, but we found it great for one night.
