We checked in yesterday. Over night nothing works all vending machines are broke. You can’t get in front door with key. The fitness room you cannot acces. We spent the entire night killing roaches, fixing the power going out all night. The toilet slides when you sit in it. All the faucets are moving and not secure. Shower curtain rod is on wrong so water gets all over floor because shower curtain sides open. There is food and filth under appliances. Jessica at front desk is a disaster. She is rude and does not care for your safety or your children. Trash cans full and trash falling out all around property. Music basted till 1am. When you call at night they are rude and nasty but Jessica is the worst! Oh if you have disabilities you will be discriminated against! They do not accommodate any disabled people. Did I say Jessica is horrible. She doesn’t care of health and safety of anyone. My daughter is so sick from the roaches I’m scratching from being bitten by something! They will not refund your money! They tell you if you don’t like roaches check out! Yes Jessica will tell you too bad so sad check out! Did I say how horrible Jessica is. I have called corporate for hours and they attempted to call Jessica and she refused to answer their calls! All of our belongings are in the bed because when you put them down roaches go under your bags! And Jessica is the worst ever! Please file complaint call federal civil rights bureau if you were discriminated against for your disability. Call corporate and make sue you bring roach spray and cleaning supplies to get all the food from prior guests! Ear plugs for blasting music! And don’t come on Sunday cause Jessica will treat you like trash!
