"The better aspect is that the hotel agreed to check in early and store luggage until 16:00 after check out. The disadvantage is that there is dust on the floor, obviously there is no cleaning before check-in, and no shampoo and bath products are provided."
"A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff in excellent location. Good to reach and at the same time beautifully quiet. All the pools are accessible by foot. We will come back in any case."

"First of all, I am a top-tier traveler of Hilton, Marriott, Accor, and IHG.
Whenever I stay, if I am lucky, I tend to get upgraded to a good room such as a suite.
For this trip to Dresden, I booked NH Dresden to find the hotel closest to the Christmas market.
I was very lucky to choose NH Dresden Hotel.
I am grateful for the friendly service from the time of check-in.
The moment I entered the room, I stood there for a few minutes because the view was so enchanting that I cried.
It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."
"The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries."
"It is near the old town, a 5-minute walk away. Although the room is relatively small, it is very comfortable and clean overall. It is a very cost-effective choice"
"I thought I lived in the castle, it turned out to be either a big house next to the castle. Overall, the hotel is also quiet and quiet. The hotel's restaurant view is very good, good but needs to be booked in advance."
"In general, I see a discrepancy between demand/price and reality. The hotel was nicely renovated, but rooms are very small. The interior is very quiet, but there is something missing at ambience (background music? ...). Service not at 5 stars level (bsp was not offered us at any time help with our baggage, even not, When a staff member accidentally went to the same chair). Location is top. But price is too high."
"The breakfast variety is absolutely great. When you go out, you will see the famous cathedral. You can run along the river in the morning. It is also very convenient to walk to the pedestrian street, and walk to the train station for fifteen minutes."
"The hotel itself is a five-star quality without a problem
But the air conditioner seems to be broken at night
There is no air conditioning at all feeling
Open the window The air is good in the morning and very cool
But at night you open the window and you hear a lot of noise
So the facilities are a bit old
The location is 10 points good, the bathroom is also top-notch
The water in the shower room is a bit slow."

Great
MMeganWithin walking distance of a great shopping street and about 25 minutes walk from the castle and lovely architecture. Staff were helpful and check in was smooth. Had to go down to reception to borrow a kettle and a mug as they don’t put them in rooms, apparently had many incidents of guests stealing the kettles? Aside from that, very convenient and sparkling clean. Heaters were very warm and beds were comfy.

EElias KletterThe hotel is new and conveniently located near the train station and the main shopping street. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the historic center and Frauenkirche.
Pros: Modern facilities, great location for shopping and transport connections.
Cons: The area is noisy at night, and there were loud street noises outside the window. Breakfast lacked scrambled eggs and bacon, which was disappointing.

GGuest UserIt’s a creative and colorful place with an exceptionally friendly staff! :)
The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

GGuest UserCheck in was a breeeze starting from online check in to minimise waiting time and processing time.
It was cold outside and room was nice and warm.
Room was also really big and clean.
The only and biggest downside is there is no door to the bathroom. I don’t understand why does the hotel has no bathroom door for a quad sharing room. To make things worse there was a mirror facing the entrance of the bathroom, which meant if there are people sitting on the bed looking at the mirror they could have a full view of what’s going on in the bathroom. Does not make any sense.
Book if you are comfortable with an open bath.

PPenghao3min walk from main station and 1 min walk to tram station that offer connection to the old town. The hotel is also surrounded by numerous food and retail, some even open till midnight. The room I was given has its window facing the old town and I can see numerous towers just in my room. The facility is new and functioning, just that I would need a kettle in doors to have hot drinking water but it doesn’t have. Other than that, the cleanliness gives an extra soothing effect. Best worth for money.

GGuest UserWe spent 2 wonderful nights at LIMEHOME.
Good value for money.
There is no check-in desk, which requires you to follow the relevant check-in rules.
Online registration and you will receive a check-in code on the spot.
The location is strategic. Shops and supermarkets are plentiful.
The room is well equipped, the kitchen is fully equipped and there was a basic set of products, which was very convenient.
The bathroom is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable.
We didn't have enough time for those grandiose museums that we had planned. So we'll come again.
Absolutely recommend.
AAnonymous UserHotel service and environment are very good, check in is very smooth, the front desk staff is polite and humorous. The room is fully equipped, the curtains are very good for shade, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and there are additional disinfection and epidemic prevention measures during the epidemic. The breakfast is also very rich, 12.5 The price of Euro is very close to the people. Vaccine passports will be checked and information registered before meals, and the dining environment is very quiet. But the downside is that the hotel pays 10 euros less than booking on the platform.

SSylkeThe accommodation is very central to the city centre. The reception lady is friendly and nice. The room was convenient and clean.
What we didn't know that refugees were located there that require security 24/7 and therefore have renounced reservation for breakfast because it came like in a youth hostel. This should be solved differently for hotel guests. Despite 24/7 Security and payment of parking fees, the car disk was shot at night, for several vehicles. In this situation, the staff was completely overloaded.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is 1000 meters away from the train station, it is accessible by multiple buses. The water in the bathroom of room 713 where I stayed was not flowing smoothly, and the water soaked my feet when I took a shower. Everything else was good
