Le personnel est adorable tant à la réception qu’au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. La plage est en hyper contrebas de l’hôtel et nécessite la voiture de l’hôtel pour y accéder et en revenir. La plage est très petite et pas la plus agréable de la zone. Et enfin, la chambre donne sur un couloir vitré surchauffé qui lui même donne sur la route extrêmement passante toute la nuit. Détestable et surtout infiniment bruyant!!!!! En sus, nous avions un duplex et les lits des enfants étaient en bas avec la vue époustouflante et nous en haut dans une chambre sans fenêtre avec juste un Velux. Très étrange comme parti pris. En tout cas, nous n’aurions pas pris ce dernier d’autant plus que la chambre du haut n’a pas de porte. Autre point compliqué, les blocs de climatisation à l’ancienne: soit vous crevez de froid soit de chaud…. Vraiment dommage pour un hôtel à ce tarif (plus de 1000€/nuit).

A wonderful hotel! The rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The views are stunningly beautiful. A great location to have a good rest and travel a lot. A special advantage is the purest sea of luxurious beauty! But the biggest asset of the hotel is the staff! Above all praise!

The hotel has big potential ! Amazing views , good kitchen , beautiful and big rooms , and people inside the hotel very friendly and they try their best to make u happy ! The beach is small but cute , only big stones , u need proper shoes but nobody tell to you before ! To go to the private beach u need always transportation, very long to go down by walk and very challenging to go up by walk! So u always need a transportation that is almost always available but of course sometimes u need to wait… again the workers in the hotel are super friendly but they are not expert on 5 stars service and mostly they don’t understand and they don’t speak good English ! The fitness is nice but nobody cares about the fitness room ! The breakfast a la carte is nice and quality but the buffet is ridiculous, any 2 stars hotel has more variety … I believe better don’t have any buffet Instead to keep so small … the pool is nice and small but totally sperate from the beach so basically useless …

An excellent hotel, with a spectacular view. The staff are superb. Would highly recommend it. We chose the hotel partly for the location. It is close to all the major attractions on the Montenegro coast, while avoiding the traffic snarls of being on the Bay of Kotor itself.

Questo resort non si sa come fa ad avere 5 Stelle L . Le foto che potete vedere fanno riferimento ad una Junior Suite. È la prima volta in vita mia che mi capita di vedere una Junior suite di un 5 Stelle L in una MANSARDA con una specie di tavolo apparecchiato di una tristezza inaudita,con la caldaia dentro il bagno che fa un rumore assurdo, con il letto Queen Size senza un comodino! Addirittura hanno messo la tavola da stiro con il ferro e il frigorifero con il piano cottura...ripeto : questo è un 5 Stelle Lusso. Il servizio non all'altezza del 5 Stelle L che ricopre : la prima sera non hanno nemmeno fatto la camera per la notte e addirittura non ci hanno sostituito l'acqua minerale terminata il giorno prima! Ma dico io ... porti via le bottiglie vuote com'è possibile che non ti viene in mente di rimpiazzarle con bottiglie di acqua minerale nuove e piene? Com'è possibile che questa struttura sia affiliata a The Leading Hotels of The World? È assurdo! Non parliamo del servizio spiaggia...assolutamente non all'altezza della categoria che ricopre! Bocciato in tutto!
