I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I want to mention Ms. Thit, who was at the reception when I arrived to check in, as I arrived earlier than expected, and with an overnight flight I was very tired and exhausted. When I arrived at the hotel on the morning of 15 March 2025, Ms. Thit was at the reception. I explained her how exhausted I was after the overnight flight. She was very helpful, listened to me and understood my problem. My checkin was not till 3pm, but she made sure I was accommodated, and I was checked in earlier. With this help, I had a very nice sleep in the morning, and woke up fresh in the afternoon and enjoyed the rest of the day by doing all my sight seeings. So Ms. Thit not only helped me when I was not doing very well, but she also saved my short holidays. So, please pass my gratitude and thanks to Ms. Thit, and I will make sure I will always stay at the Hilton hotel on my future visits to Dubai if rooms are available.

Everything was great. There was a small incident on the first day, but the hotel handled the situation with dignity. The rooms are large, the room cleaning is 5+, the views are stunning. Even the one on the oil refinery, because in the same direction there is a bay and skyscrapers. And the refinery at night looks like a space station. Within walking distance from the hotel there is McDonald's, Oko, shops, cafes, jbr street. Dinners are a bit expensive, but there is plenty to choose from. We can't eat that much, so we preferred to eat at the cafe. Although we tried it once. The lamb is great.
