The medical certificate provided pertains to the main guest and does not indicate a dislocated arm.b. The booking in question was made under the main guest’s name through a different platform, and we did not receive any cancellation request directly from that guest or their booking provider.c. Furthermore, the main guest has not cancelled their own reservation, which is a requirement for processing changes or cancellations on their behalf.Due to these factors, and in accordance with our policy, we were unable to proceed with the cancellation request.We understand this was a frustrating experience, and we truly empathize with the challenges you faced.
