酒店位置很好，離主要的步行街很近，大堂也比較有特色。房間尚可，也會提前根據入住人數鋪好沙發床。但服務確實太慢，我們是三人入住，想把大被子換成2床單人被，打了3-4個電話都沒人來，幾小時後決定將就湊合一晚，housekeeping 的人來了，才搞清楚需求，又過了一刻鐘左右告知酒店沒有單人被了😂，又給拿了床雙人被。服務還有待提升

入住了五天，第一晚的房間比較細，而且相對靠近製冰機 會有一點兒嘈吵，後面預訂的房間比較大，舒適安靜，非常靠近市中心出入非常方便。附近有便利店大型商場各類不同的餐廳。

I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin and found its location on O'Connell Street to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Dublin's main attractions. However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. Additionally, the lobby area felt cramped during peak times, making it less inviting for relaxation. While the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, improvements in breakfast offerings and lobby comfort would enhance the overall guest experience.

酒店位置很方便！自助早餐食物豐富！ 房間很整潔舒適，但浴室水温時冷時熱，而且房間隔音很差，可聽見走廊經過的人說話。

Located in the center of walking street, airport shuttle buses are in front of the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Amazing breakfast and lovely room. Only issue we had was that our room was cold and we were unable to raise the temperature with the unit in the room

Great experience from checking in at reception and dining inToddys restaurant. Location is perfect close to all Luas lines.

Excellent communal space, superb location. Room assigned really was poor - opposite ice machine, overlooking a building and AC machine so it was really noisy. Great bathroom though

Our experience was fantastic. The hotel is super very clean and has a super breakfast. The staff are fabulous.

The location is great,staff was helpful. The room was spotless,would like to have slippers in the room. The hair dryer was broken. But overall stay was pleasant,the bed was comfortable,additional pillows in the wardrobe was great,because I have spinal condition. Definitely would stay there on another visit to Dublin.
