I was impresssed by the friendly welcome I was given at reception. Although I knew I couldn't book in till 2pm, I went early in the hope of them looking after my case. Not only do they do this for no extra charge but I was allowed into my room at 11.30am as it had been vacated. The hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing as Christchurch and St Patrick's Cathedral are within 5 mins' walk and Dublin Castle and the Esther Beatty exhibition, which is not to be missed, is just round the corner. The room facilities were excellent with air conditioning unit, fridge, safe, coffee and tea making equipment, an iron and hairdryer and of course constant hot water for a shower. Downstairs there was a restaurant and bar available with music in the evening, which stopped at a reasonable time. Breakfast was also served in the morning, simple but enough. It was well worth the price charged simply because of its location.

I really enjoyed the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the room. Nice and spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed their breakfast and amazing service. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Not far from some really nice attractions in the city and walkable distance to the other side of the river too.

Staycity Hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the immaculate cleanliness of the premises left a lasting impression. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the awesome breakfast spread, offering a delightful start to each day. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect, conveniently situated for exploring the city's attractions. I highly recommend Staycity Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay, and I can't wait to return for another fantastic experience.

Hotel itself is lovely, great location for shopping and nightlife. We booked three rooms, one had a considerable amount of dust on windowsill, Other than that very clean. The girl on reception at checkout needs to improve her service skill . Very dismissive and did not want to be disturbed. Overall staff were lovely especially the Irish gentleman that served us in bar. The acoustic guitar session was a bonus. .

we had a night away from kids and decided to stay here as it was good price Really nice Inn..very modern and clean, location is spot on..our room was very compact, but clean..downside is the NOISE! Once I seen wooden floors I knew it'd be noisy..cleaners were hoovering the room above us very early,must have been 7am and it was like they were in our room! Then they knocked on our room at 8:30 for room service.(forgot to leave thingy in door).no chance of a lie in,you could hear them going room to room then😔

Located in the central region of Dublin and just 5 minutes away from the famous Temple Bar (street full of bars), the hostel is very attractive with its low price. The hostel is not that noisy from my experience, compared to what others have said before! Free breakfast is definitely a plus for this hostel :) However, note that they don't have an elevator, so it is not wheelchair accessible. And the lavatory/ bathroom is mixed. Besides, you should bring your own towel, shower gel and stuff. They charge for everything if you don't have them. But in general, not a bad place!

A brilliant hotel perfectly located within Dublin. Next to trinity college, this hotel is a stones throw from all the tourist hotspots but equally the location is lovely and quiet, especially at night. The hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are well equipped. The service by the staff was top notch and the exclusive parking around the corner on a private, gated carpark for €15 per night was an added bonus. The breakfast was really tasty, a great selection of cooked and cold food to choose from and the coffee was also equally as good. Will be using this hotel as my go to the next time I find myself in Dublin.
