"Have stayed here many times, an excellent base for the Black Country museum.Always free parking right in front of hotel. Stayed couple of weeks ago, assumed that was still the case, certainly no change was mentioned by the chap when we checked in. Today a parking ticket arrived from Horizon parking, £57 to pay. Reason, failure to pay or register for full duration of stay. I’m aware Horizon now operate at several premier inns, but we’ve always been advised by staff when checking in. Will obviously have to pay the fine but leaves a bad taste. Free parking was always a big pro at these hotels, sadly no more."
