It has great lake view, we enjoyed having breakfast there :) The room is spacious with all the needed ammonites.

這酒店地毯很臟的感覺，一股濃濃的的“味道”. 不過位置還不錯，對面就有中餐館。 房間也算大，有沙發。 不過這邊住的人感覺都很雜，什麼人都有。

這裏的員工態度還行。住這交通還算方便。 不過酒店裡的衞生就堪憂啊，一樓充滿奇怪的味道。房間就中規中矩，設施比較舊。

I found my unicorn! Balance of price vs comfort I'll be staying at this one consistently in the future. I've stayed in several different hotels in a similar price point in Duluth in the past, but this one has stood out - older building but recently remodeled, you can still see some signs of wear on things like the door but fresh paint and really who cares so long as the actual furnishings are good and clean. Comfortable bed, 2 different firmness of pillows so you can choose your preference, Netflix on the TV so I don't have to bring my Roku, the blackout curtains actually work. No strong smells of anything aside from the (expected) occasional pot smoke. The pool wasn't open yet.

No hot breakfast or amenities now but same price? We paid full price and yet when we arrived, the gym and pool were both shut down and they said they now don't serve hot breakfast. We literally only booked it because of good breakfast reviews. Now, the reviews are scrubbed since there's new ownership and between the time of booking and the stay they cut breakfast, closed everything down and yet we still had to pay full price. Check-in was rough, took close to 30 minutes to get checked in because they couldn't figure it out and then had to go get rooms ready (despite us coming in past the 3pm check in time.)

Not a good hotel, if you can call it that. It was gross and the carpet was as old as time. The rooms were ok but the water smelled like something was wrong with the plumbing. There are much nicer hotels less than a block away at just an extra $20 per night, Wishing I had stayed there instead.

This Spark took over the previous property and has mostly updated it. The rooms are clean with updated furniture and tech. They are still working on updating the pool area but the hotel was a pleasant stay for my family!

Property is being updated and looks like it will be very nice. My accommodations were comfortable, up to date, and a great value for the price. My only issue is $100.00 deposit for incidentals is absolutely ludicrous for a hotel without a full service restaurant or bar. The pantry was well stocked but, I could never spend $100.00 on candy and chips in a 24 hour stay. A reasonable deposit would be $25 or $50 max. $100 is not realistic.

Pillows were soft, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The facility is under renovation and other amenities were not available. The staff was pleasant and offered breakfast in the am which didn't partake because of an early checkout.

This place will need a major upgrade just to reach the designation of "horrible." The place was a slum. Carpets were disgusting. Beds were lumpy and tilted from foot to head, dropping 4". Management said they had one other room, and the recommended we not look at it because it was worse. Construction started at 7:15am, waking guests. Not sure what continent the continental breakfast came from, but what little there was did not arrive in good shape. Front desk was apologetic, but essentially useless. Four days after checking out I got billed an additional fee. When I called, I was told my bill would be e-mailed to me. After three tries, the desk at the hotel said they had the email address right, but it is yet to arrive. Corporate customer service is a "grind them down and see if they hold on" operation. I will NEVER stay at a Clarion hotel again. NEVER. I'd rather sleep in my car.

There was a lot of renovation going on, and a lot of things not in my room that should have been in there (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, phone, television remote) but for the most part,I visited for Business purposes. I appreciated the excellent customer service, and the items needed were provided upon request.

It was decent for what I paid for the room. Room could have used a little tlc bit all in all it was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were nice. I'm used to the USB outlets for my phone charger and they didn't have that. Room was clean and the little food selection was a kicker so I didn't have to go to the store and the prices were fair.
