衞生：衞生不錯，基本標準，菲律賓在酒店業這一塊一直都不差，所以這是情理之中。 服務：服務一直很好，直到退房當天，我們有幾個麪包忘在了冰箱裏，剛退房還沒走出大廳就想起來，然後回房間拿，發現已經被工作人員拿走了，倒是把吃剩下的其中一塊蛋糕留在房間，其他原封不動拿走了三塊新的。 想想本來蠻好的，結果這樣。 其他都挺好，還包含setmeal早餐

全体的に満足で、快適でした。 ただ、シャワーが冷たかったことだけが残念でした。

Good place to stay in Dumaguete

The hotel is in central location of dumaguete. Accessible and walking distance to thr public markets, transportations, restaurants, malls and landmarks of the old town. It was easy to reach and find from the airport. The staff were friendly, smiling and helpful to our needs and questions. The room was ok. Clean, cold with AC, spacious and quiet. There are many to upgrade and considerate like the breakfast. Adding more variations would be perfect for the price we paid. I'm not satisfied with the breakfast. As well as to upgrade the room, bathrooms and its furnishings. But, in overall it was a great experience for a one night. I will definitely come back here.

Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Staff! I stayed at Henia Hotel for one night in a windowless room, but it was still a great experience. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was more than sufficient, with a good shower. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel also had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which made for a good night’s sleep. Despite the lack of a window, the room felt cozy and well-designed. Overall, a great choice for a short stay – I would definitely consider coming back!

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, Frühstück okay. Einziges Manko: keine schallgedämmten Fenster, daher extrem lauter Staßenlärm nachts.

とてもfriendlyで親切な従業員の方達に癒される。従業員の人たちに助けられて気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。 立地は最高。アメニティは過不足ない。室内の床の清掃は甘かったですがアメニティのスリッパで過ごせば問題なかったです。ありがとうございました。

部屋が広い

We needed a hotel to stop over on route to Siquijor. The Henia hotel is perfect. Very clean , close to Port good security. Very affordable with nice breakfast.

The check in process was very fast and the staff were accommodating. The breakfast was not buffet but it was very delicious.
