Fantastic host offering an exceptional experience! Went for famous Honeysuckle package and it was awesome. Arrived 3pm, given tour and left us to it, stayed in our garden room until 12.30am! Chinese delivered 8.15pm, had cheese platter and cocktails supplied, brought our own booze and ice. Hot tub and sauna were great. Multiple channels on tv. Room in house itself was quite big and spotless and breakfast was unreal!

Mr Beaney had a fabulous stay this weekend and enjoyed meeting you both and hopes to come there again Could not fault the place at all everything was excellent and amazingly clean and fresh Gardens and facilities were very good and nothing was to much trouble

A perfect place to chill and unwind for a night. Glorious views from our hot tub. Cheese board was exceptional and take away later was so tasty. Four of us in total had such a fun night away. B&B in the house was so comfortable and the breakfast in the morning.... Best ever. Thank you very much for a fabulous time 👍🏻

Spent a lovely couple of days here as a family of 5 in the beautifully decorated spacious apartments. It had everything you would need and more especially in the kitchen, the animals were a hit with the kids especially the llamas. Would highly recommend for a family trip or girlie weekend.

A perfect night away with family to celebrate a special birthday. A beautiful bed and breakfast in a peaceful location. Rooms Food and hosts were brilliant. Thank you Hazel & Crofton x PS Hazels homemade soda bread which accompanied our breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful place. Very welcoming and cosy. From check in to check out we couldn’t have been more looked after. Stayed in the 1 bed apartment with my wife and couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back here 100%

So good. What excellent value . . .not much more expensive than some very average places I've stayed in. Lovely peaceful area and we enjoyed a little walk in the grounds and relaxing in the lounge. Nice to hear the fountain from the bedroom, very calming. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, you really get that hotel feeling. Rooms are very clean, modern and stylishly furnished. We appreciated the refrigerated milk, bottles of water on the landing and snacks in the bedroom. Lounge is very comfy with books and magazines. Breakfast was *excellent*, complete with sourdough bread fresh from the oven. Very very happy with our stay here to round off a week's holiday up north with mixed weather and sick kids. Thank you!!

Just back from a girly night at Ashbrooke House with 3 friends. Absolutely fantastic night away. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we could have needed. The garden room and hot tub were so relaxing and chilled. Hazel was a lovely host who attended to all our needs and the cooked breakfast brought to the apartment was amazing. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing night away and will be booking again.
