Dunhuang Dunyue Hotel (Shazhou Night Market)

The air conditioner in the hotel room was turned on for more than 20 minutes and could not blow hot air. The hot water was left on for more than 20 minutes and the hot water could not be discharged. I went downstairs to find the front desk to deal with it. The front desk on duty that night (a lady in a white down jacket with a high ponytail) was very impatient and said that she would not be home right away. It can blow hot air and release hot water without any treatment! ! ! When I came back after dinner, I said again that I needed to take care of it, so I called customer service. I left the air conditioner and hot water on for half an hour and it still didn't work. I changed the room and it released a little warm water. I couldn't take a shower or wash my hair. The air conditioner blew all night and it still wasn't hot. Go to bed with your clothes on. There is no hot water at all in the morning. I don’t recommend staying at their place. They have this attitude in the off-season when there are not many people, let alone in the peak season when there are many people.

The front desk service attitude is not good.

酒店位置離夜市很近，走路過去幾分鐘就到了。酒店衞生也很好。我是通過朋友推薦過來旅遊的，上次朋友來敦煌就是晨光旅遊的國璇給安排的行程，所以我也加了她的微信。她耐心的給我規劃好了行程時間，一對一的服務讓我心裏很舒服，國女士不但給我安排好了上門接送的行程，還給我推薦了當地的特色小吃，跟團的性價比太高了，讓我體驗到了導遊帶領我們遊客觀光的重要性和負責。我以前沒有報過團所以不太瞭解 現在覺得一天下來遊玩比較輕鬆的 。敦煌之行圓滿結束！有機會我會帶着家人再來的

住的房間，退房時候拖鞋落在房間裏了，打了幾次電話到前台，查找拖鞋。前兩次是説客房服務員休息，稍後10分鐘後再查。後兩次打電話就是沒有查到，最後一次直接掛了電話。前台服務太差，攜程全程都有電話錄音，可以查。拖鞋不值錢，主要是我後面行程洗澡不方便，晚上23點到敦煌市區，李寧專賣店從新購買一雙（有購物小票證明）。這個酒店，前台和服務，太差。環境也差，我住在二樓，窗户外就是蔬菜市場，大呼小叫的，房間一點不隔音。很差的敦煌體驗。酒店更差，最低就是半顆星，不然這半顆星都不想給。半夜去買拖鞋，也是服服的體驗。我肯定失落在酒店裡了。

門口沒有停車場，據説停路上會被交警貼條，不過酒店工作人員説交警來了可以給你打電話挪車。 酒店臨近夜市，走路過去5分鐘，這點非常方便。 洗澡水第一天晚上超級熱像沒冷水一樣，第二天倒是正常了。 房間就中規中矩，無功無過吧。 整體推薦

去新疆旅遊路過敦煌住宿，酒店房間有兩種，一種是地毯，一種是木地板，木地板的價格高，設施好一些，衞生還行，地毯房的感覺主要接待旅行團，沒有餐廳，在旁邊的牛肉麪店供應自助餐，無停車場，散客車停酒店門口路沿子上，旁邊餐館老闆不讓我停，説要打電話讓交警給我貼單😅😅，酒店工作人員整體服務意識要差一些，是不是培訓不到位。
