We had a lovely stay. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Nice room (although view not great). We had dinner one night which was delicious. Breakfast both days was also delicious. The area is really nice and the position of the hotel is good - out the front door and you are on the sea front.

We have just return from a short break holiday to Dunoon where we stayed in the esplanade Hotel for the first time we found the hotel clean and staff were totally Brilliant very helpful and made our stay excellent the food was good and plentiful the service was very good the staff had a excellent working relationship everyone got on very well and were fun and happy in the there work they could not do enough for the guests and made our stay so nice that we will return to this hotel in the very near future The management and staff help make our stay very Memorable 10 out of 10 to the staff Thank you so much

Hotel was ok, its needs its tv,s in the room upgrade to bigger tv,s Also dinner not served till 7pm, which in my opinion isn't suitable for when you have completed a shift and are hungry. Also brea not served till 8am again that doesn't suit most workers staying in the hotel. Can't fault the staff. They were all really nice and welcoming.

Room 352 view was amazing and very clean, the food was very very good and served very hot, runs like clockwork in the restaurant, piper pipes into restaurant, the manager goes over too every table after dinner and asked how everything was (special touch) and highland dancer for entertainment at night. My daughter lost her bag with purse in it, all returned with nothing missing. Yes the place is a wee bit run down however the manager should be very proud of herself and her staff nothing is a problem everyone mucks in. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay

We stayed at this lovely Scottish Hotel Overnight and it was very pleasant We were in. The Arthur Room . The room was really nice quiet and Grand with a 4poster bed and heavy dark furniture the sea view was spectacular. Dinner was a set menu but perfectly acceptable. Laura the waitress was excellent at her job . Welcoming All in all a fantastic stay will stay again

Myself and my husband had a lovely few days at the Esplanade hotel. Suzy was very friendly and welcoming,the meals were delicious and varied. All meals were served at your table and there was plenty of choice. Our double room was comfortable and clean with all the facilities you would expect to find. The entertainment was good. We thoroughly enjoyed the night that Kirk James was entertaining us. He has a great choice of music and caters for all tastes. I can't fault anything about the Esplanade and would definitely stay again if I was in Dunoon.

I stayed at the Esplanade hotel from 1st September to 5th September and couldn't fault the hotel the room was lovely and very clean, we was half board and the food was very good especially the breakfast you could have anything you wanted, we didn't go hungry, the staff was very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them and always did it with a smile, I will certainly would go back again

We have just had 4 great days here with GB Tours. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for Suzy and her team. The hotel is comfortable, super clean and the food is all home cooked. Plenty of choice to suit everyone. Thank you all for looking after us xx
