Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and very clean. Unfortunately there is building work on the hotel next door with drilling, Kan going, banging every day. which TUI failed to mention. Evening meals are limited to a choice of three, fish, meat or vegetarian and is repeated weekly. Lunch has more variety. There are no sun beds on the beach as there isn’t a beach only rocks, although there is a beach adjacent. The hotel advertises personal beach dining, how this is with no beach ! Hence the sun beds are crowded around the pool (more a pond). When we were there we were continually bothered with noisy kites that drove us mad with the incessant buzzing (similar to a loud drone). TUI also advertises dine around which you can go to other Marriot hotels for dinner of lunch, there was only one other available due to the others shut for refurbishment. Definitely not worth the value.

Unexceptionable noise from the extensive renovation of the hotel next door only a few feet away. We only booked 3 weeks before we planned to go and were not told of the major works going on so close to the Treasure beach. Marriott deceived us in not informing us of the works which is carried out 6 days a week and involves jack hammers, electric saws, hammering and of course dust. The workers were undressing and dressing on the adjoining balconies and generally leering at the women, and maybe men on the sundeck, so we had no privacy at all. The noise could be heard in our bedroom which went on from 8am to 6pm every day except Sunday. I have tried to contact Marriott but they use a company called Resolver, who are now not answering my emails, so I will now post all of my photos and videos until they compensate us for our ruined holiday. The planned works at the adjoining hotel which also adjoins The House is planned until January 2026.

My wife and I booked in for five nights all inclusive at the start of March. We had notified the hotel of our arrival time which was 11 AM and when we arrived our room was ready for us, this was unexpected but a nice surprise. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, helped with our bags and showed us around the room. Room - the room was excellent, really spacious and clean with lovely modern furniture. It was made up of two separate rooms, the main bedroom and a separate room with a two seater sofa that went out on to our ground floor patio. There were separate TVs in both rooms. The mini fridge was stocked with beers soft drinks which you could ask to be replaced. The aircon was good quality with separate units in the two rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, really big with really high-quality soft sheets and pillows, perfect for us. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and a shower. The shower was big with very nice toiletries. The shower was so lovely it was like being at a spa. A nice touch was the automatic night lights behind the mirror and along the floor. There was plenty of storage space with a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and side cabinets. Food - We found the food a bit hit and miss, when we arrived we were told it was buffet every day except Sunday and Wednesday, but then during the stay it seemed completely random. The all day menu was quite nice with decent variety and this was served as à la carte most lunchtimes. There was always a pre-order menu at breakfast plus a buffet. We had the à la carte menu on three of the five evenings and it was OK, but we didn’t think the buffet was that good. We had spent the previous 5 days eating around the island and the food was excellent wherever we went, so it was a little disappointing when an expensive hotel wasn’t as good quality. The drinks were also very weak. Given the history of rum on the island you think you’d be able to taste the rum in the cocktails. My wife doesn’t drink a lot but even she found the cocktails incredibly weak. The cocktails were very nice though, we just needed to ask for more rum. Staff and service -Again we found the staff and service a bit mixed. Housekeeping was excellent throughout, including the cleaning and the turndown service, the room was always immaculate. The restaurant and bar staff were a bit mixed depending on the individual, with some being very friendly and fun and others bordering on rude and clearly not wanting to be there. The communal areas in the hotel were quite nice if a little small, but they were always sun beds available somewhere at any time during the day around the pool or overlooking sea. The beach is directly accessible from the hotel via stairs and is a very nice beach. We took our own snorkeling equipment and used it every day with lots of sea life and tropical fish over the reef and rocks right outside the hotel. I think the experience at Treasure Beach would have been better if the sister hotels wer

We had a very relaxing stay at this small boutique hotel with around 35 rooms in total. Tracces , the manager is visible every day and takes the time to check all guests are satisfied with their stay and any issues addressed . A lot of money has been invested by Marriot with refurbishment . The staff make this hotel . Joan who runs the restaurant really stands out as leading her customer focused team in the busy restaurant . We hadn’t done AL before but the food was fabulous, well presented and we were never bored with the choices available . We were lucky to have the Pelican suite which is particularly lovely with great uninterrupted views out to sea and a plunge pool to cool down in. The evening entertainment was good and the bar area very sociable . We had a great experience . Thank you all at Treasure Beach !

We have just returned from Treasure Beach where we had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The staff here are absolutely superb - well done Marriott for picking the best of the best from your hotels which are currently closed. We had our favourites, but to be fair every member of staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Refurbishment is very nice, in keeping with the style of the building and the rooms are nicely appointed in soft greys and taupe colours with white. Bed was super comfy and the mix of aircon with ceiling fan kept us at a perfect temperature for sleeping. Bathroom too, nicely appointed with shower cubicle and a bath kept beautifully clean by housekeepers daily. Our shower did have a few marks on its ceiling which looked like mould (possibly from a leak above) which we did highlight to them and shouldn’t have been there after only two months being open. Pool area small but plenty of Sun loungers for everyone and once the early morning bed baggers had gone home after our first few days, there was no rush to reserve sun beds. Sun beds were new and a bit different from the usual padded ones, but the advantage was that they dried very quickly after the inevitable Caribbean showers and you weren’t sitting in a soggy lounger for long. Towels were plentiful throughout the day for you to help yourself. Beach was easily accessible right by the hotel or further along towards Sandy Lane too. Food was really good indeed for an all inclusive. Breakfast was a buffet plus some a la carte items to order. Lunch changed halfway through our stay from buffet to an a la carte menu, some items changing daily, which was lovely. Dinner was a la carte for 5 nights and two nights buffet but they are looking to reduce the buffet to one night only. A la carte dinners were 4 courses and beautifully presented - we didn’t have a meal we didn’t like. There were just a few things for us that would have made it perfect: 1) a mirror in the room other than the only one in the bathroom 2) not running out of Sauvignon Blanc! 3) not allowing smokers to smoke so close to the outside dining area and the bar We would love to return and can definitely recommend if you like a small low key resort where everyone is friendly and the service is exceptional.

We have recently returned from a 7 day break at Treasure beach, the week before Christmas. As it was the 1st week open after a partial refurbishment we expected a few hiccups but as these were rectified quickly and efficiently I will not dwell on them . The staff are amazing from Sabrina and Kwaysi bringing drinks to our sunbeds and Shenai, Sherie Anne & Joan who looked after us in the restaurant! Far too many staff to mention individually, but a shout out to Andrew (English). The food was cooked fresh and it was good to have some Bajan dishes. On a couple of occasions breakfast and lunch took over an hour to come to the table but again maybe due to 1st week opening. The beach, pool & sunbeds all lovely, good quality drinks. The hotel was under half occupancy so I hope the same service can be delivered when full. Mark & Lesley

As a family of three we spent a lovely week (commencing 9th of May) staying at Treasure Beach Art Hotel, at Paynes Bay. It is in a fabulous setting. The ocean starts one metre away from the property, with a beautiful beach one minute's walk away. There is also a free water taxi. There is also a nice pool and loads of sunbeds. The staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms have all mod cons, including a light which comes on automatically if it detects movement. Back at ground level, the restaurant and bar are brilliant. Breakfast is either a la carte or buffet, depending on preference. Lunch and dinner are mostly a la carte and are delicious. The bar is open from 11 til 11 and there is no limit on the number of drinks, of which there is a large and tasty variety. One guesses that the advice to bar staff is not to go overboard with the quantity of alcohol in any one drink, for the best of reasons. (This is a comment and certainly not a criticism). Guests are mostly fairly ample types, from the UK or British North America. One or two from the US also. I'm guessing that it is not on the radar of EU people for some reason, which is a shame, cos they would love it. We certainly did, and it is on our list to go back sometime in the future. Thank you to all concerned. You are a great team!!

Senior service needs a lot to be desired for. Training urgently needed!! My daughter was left in tears when a “Duty Manager” accosted her in this “hotel” to NOT paint. The “hotel” is a so-called Arts Hotel?! The people that need training are Linda, the restaurant manager and the “Duty Manager”. These 3 ladies need to sort themselves out.
