Rustic, comfortable country house "Les Grèzes", surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 km from the centre of Montcabrier, 3 km from the centre of Duravel, 7.5 km from the centre of Puy l’Évêque, in a secluded position, in the countryside. Private: large garden (fenced) with lawn 700 m2 trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 7.5 km, bus stop "Fumel-Place du Postel" 12 km. "Les Grèzes", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio, DVD and wood-burning stove. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with small dining table. We have been holidaying in the area off and on for 10 years. This is simply the best place house and location we have found. Private, peaceful and close to lots of family-friendly activities (canoeing, caves, castles) and beautiful, friendly villages. We

Very old house with very thick walls that keep out the heat well. Everything you need is there. Beautiful, well maintained swimming pool. Fully fenced, which is interesting with pets. Very friendly and helpful owner.
