"From the moment i arrived at the hotel i was met by the friendliest staff i’ve ever met! They were some of the highlights of my trip, so i absolutely recommend staying here if you are traveling alone :) My room was super modern and clean, and the breakfast (with quality coffee) was amazing. Honestly i’ve never had such a positive experience with a hotel before. I miss the staff already and it’s been 2 days hahaha! 10/10 absolutely recommend"

"Beautiful hotel with the best service! About 2 mins walk to the beach and the best restaurant in Durres if you ask me ! The food in Xhabarka was 10/10! The hotel recommended the restaurant, taxi service and even some activities. I wish the hotel had a pool.. Amazing front desk staff! ❤️❤️ As a black solo traveler, safety is always key and this hotel made me feel very safe!"

"We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit."

"ذهبت الى ألبانيا فوق العيد لإقامة فيلا آرون في دوريس كانت رائعة. ما أروع المكان الذي يسكنه المالك وأسرته مفيدة للغاية والودود. ولديه الكثير من الخيارات في جميع أنحاء المدينة. كانت الغرف تحتوي على كل ما يمكن أن تحتاجه (رغم أن اللغة الإنجليزية كانت لتحب الغلاية) ولكن يجب أن تفهموا أن مطبخها الشعبي أساسي هناك. فيلا آرون يوجد مواقف سيارات مؤمنة، الغرف نظيفة جداً، الوصول إلى الشاطئ سهل للمشي وإلى المحلات التجارية، المقاهي والمطاعم. أشخاص في كل مكان تذهب إليه ألبانيا حقاً ودودين. ينصح الزوار العرب الذاهبين إلى جميع أنحاء العالم."

"I had a reservation for October 11 & 12—a two-night stay. During my 2-night stay, I did not see a single hotel guest there! I was told by reception I was given an upgraded room; however, when I checked in, I noticed there was no safe in the room I was given. A safe was finally installed the next day after I complained to reception! Upon entering the room after check-in, I tried the TV. None of the stations worked! They all showed “no access!” I reported this too to reception. The first receptionist could not fix the TV nor the TV tech until the second receptionist fiddled around with it the next morning, and then I had access to a couple of channels! What’s more is that Delta Hotel in Dürres, Albania ran my credit card in March—seven months before my stay! On my first day at the hotel, I went to the dining room for breakfast but only to find out that there was no toaster in the dining room! When I asked the receptionist, she said, “we have a toaster, but it’s too heavy!” Worst hotel ever and the biggest fraud in 100 countries that I have visited in about thirty years!"
