We Spent three nights. Room was Very clean bathroom also. Location is great, few steps to promenade. It is an old building, but clean , With elevator. Wifi was Very good. No Air Condition, but We had no problem in April. Breakfast was excellent, with Various Options and tastefull coffee ( different cheeses and jams,pasteries , fruits and fruit juices, Smoked Salmon, Some baked like eggs and sussages. Very Welcoming and helpful Stuffs. Recomended, surely Stay again next time.

This hotel is a very nice hotel with good breakfast, service and location. However there are no air condition in the room and this is why I can’t recommend this hotel when it it is warm outside. The standard room we had was very small but cosy and clean. Also it would be nice to have hair conditioner in the bath room.

Ganz tolle Mitarbeiter, wunderschönes Hotel Zentral, man kann alles in letzter Zeit zu Fuß erreichen, aber gleichzeitig ganz ruhig. Tolles Frühstück und bequemes Bett. Ich war schon oft in Düsseldorf in diversen Hotels, aber das war bisher meine beste Erfahrung.

Sehr schön renovierte Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung, sehr bequemen Betten und alles sehr sauber gepflegt. Das Frühstück war erstklassig mit regionalen Produkten, hausgemachten Aufstrichen, ausgezeichnetem Kaffee und frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Aber das Highlight war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter und der Geschäftsführung, es wurden alle unserer Wünsche erfüllt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Boutique Hotel Orangerie in Düsseldorf.

This is probably the hotel with the friendliest service that I have ever visited - and I travel a lot. This morning at 5:30, jet lagged and hungry I went downstairs. The moment I left the room, I could smell scent of fresh bread in the air. When I arrived at the breakfast room, a super friendly gentlement, Rudi, offered to prepare breakfast for me even though it was only scheduled to start at 7:00. He prepared fresh scrambled egg and coffee for me and let me choose from a wide variety of bread, cold cuts and cheese even though the buffet preparations had not even started yet. Rudi seemed genuinely happy that he could help his guest. The other staff members here are also very friendly, with lots of positive energy. Highly recommended.

We stayed here during Boot. Fantastic central location within very easy reach of nightlife and wonderful market. Lovely room, warm welcome and some nice touches in terms of hospitality. Reception staff are super nice and very professional. Breakfast is generous and delicious. We would stay again.
