"Stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied. The room type is one bedroom and one living room. The living room has a dining area and kitchen utensils are complete, including pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Advantages: The hardware and software are all five-star, quiet, and soundproof (this is very important for a person who sleeps very lightly. There are too many motorcycles in the busy area, which is a nightmare for me). The stay is very comfortable and the service is also very good. The beautiful front desk lady who checked us in when we checked in was named Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). We added her Watchsapp when we checked in. We contacted her during our stay and she responded very quickly. Special thanks to Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). The breakfast is very good, and there is actually ice drip coffee. One cup every day to start a beautiful day. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The disadvantages are also prominent. It is located in a remote area, and there is nothing around. There are several food stalls 1KM away, but we did not try them. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that can be sent to Hoi An Ancient Town, Da Nang City, and Da Nang Airport, which makes up for this shortcoming and is not inconvenient for us."

"It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana."

"The hotel has a convenience store located there selling snacks alcohol and drinks 24 hours. There’s a restaurant which wasn’t crowded on weekdays. The kid pool was under renovation so there was such noise. The team was diligent in making things up."

"One word: Underwhelming! Pros: a. Connected to Casino, walking distance less than 5 minutes from lobby. b. Breakfast spread is good. Pho and smoked fish. c. Balcony is nice, with bathtub. Room service was good and not much dust. Hotel is clean and feels luxurious. Cons: d. Swimming Pool was smaller than I thought. e. Front Desk tried too hard to upsell the Lounge Access, which was quite misleading the way it was presented. f. Casino is very mediocre, will not recommend going all the way there for it. g. Location of hotel is too far from Old Town. (Around 11 km, cost around 150-200k VND via Grab.) Only book this hotel if you are a gambler."

"Absolutely amazing place highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Hoi An. Free bicycle hire and cheap bike here makes it easy to move around. The family is so beautiful and helped us with whatever we needed, very easy to talk to and looked after us even when we wanted to stay longer . Will definitely be booking again when I return😁😁"
