Scottish Inns Ronks

Upon check-in, I was handed a key card in a very used envelope. I should’ve realized that was the beginning of my overnight nightmare. After a long day at a wrestling tournament, we wanted to go to bed. When we turned down the sheets, there were dead bugs on the bed so I went to the office to ask for new sheets and the lady at the desk told me I needed to wait until she was finished eating dinner. When she did deliver the sheets, she handed them to me. I went to make the bed and pull the dirty sheets off, and the mattress pad had blood and pee stains all over I then called her in to take a look at that. She said the man that cleans the rooms likes money but not cleaning. She then wanted to show me the room next-door which she assured me she cleaned herself. That bed had dried up food on the sheets. I stayed in our original room. She gave me a new mattress pad and sheets, and we laid beach towels that were in my car down and slept on those on top of the “clean”sheets. The floor also had food crumbs on it. Overall disgusting experience.

Great last minute decision Great value and great experience. The room and bathroom were very clean. Fantastic and friendly service.

Very disappointing We’ve stayed many times over the years but, I have to say this time the room was dirty, dirt on he floor, the toilet underneath was full of urine and dirt. The tub had soap scum on the two shelves.no one cam in to freshen up the room or beds, no clean towels or wash clothes. We were there for two nights. Very disappointed this time. Hopefully it gets better it’s one of the places we stay while down there from upstate New York.
