Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster East at the Outlets

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would! It was disgusting!!! There was BLACK MOLD in the shower, RUST in the shower, including asharp metal sticking out from the handheld water hose. Absolutely awful! To make matters worse, it was 10:30pm, so we went to the front desk and showed the pictures and they were NOT accommodating! They offered us a room with 1 king bed and a pull out sofa, which sleeps 3 people.... we are a family of 6 with 4 kids! We asked to maybe split the family into 2 rooms, but he told us he doesn't have the authority to give us 2 rooms. IS HE SERIOUS!!??!!! So, instead, he left us to sleep in a room with black mold or to check out with nowhere else to go. Well done, Marriot. Very frustrated, upset, and angry... as we are calling other hotels to find somewhere to stay that can accommodate us. Truly an awful experience and I'm warning you to NEVER STAY HERE!

If you are looking for a hotel with excellent customer service, you will definitely enjoy Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster East at the Outlets? When we checked in at this hotel, Lori, the front desk associate, set the atmosphere for the start of our stay. She was so pleasant and made us feel welcomed. The entire stay she was most helpful with anything we need even directions to local attractions. Maggie, one of the room attendants, helped us when had a minor issue in the room. It was not even her section to handle but she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Latonya the general manager was very visible and on top of things during our stay. It is not often you get to see the GM unless you want to complain. She was there every morning greeting us and asking was everything ok. Even the dining staff was very attentive to our needs. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely terrible overnight stay. Air conditioning is out in all of the common areas (in July) Pool is out of service (in July) Bathroom grout is black from mold and lack of cleaning Paid for accessible shower and grab bars were rusty and not clean. Floor tile outside the shower was very slippery Ice machine alcove had peeling wallpaper and the back of the wall paper was full of mold Yes, they have a “free” breakfast but even that was served late When we asked for a discount due to all of the problems the woman at the desk laughed at us

Great overnight stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster East at The Outlets! After careful consideration of all places to stay in Lancaster, we choose the Fairfield Inn because of great affordability, location, and a free breakfast the next day. We were there to see a show at the American Music Theatre and do a little shopping. We only wanted to stay 1 night. We were delighted that the Fairfield Inn did not have a 2 night minimum. The price, front desk, room and free breakfast were perfect! Very comfortable and friendly and very close to everything! It's definitely my NEW go-to when staying over in Lancaster, and I do visit quite frequently. Pleasantly surprised! Thanks!
