Premier Inn Market Harborough

Just a note to say how wonderful your Premier Inn at Market Harborough is. How wonderfully managed it is, clean, friendly, professional and above all a five star service. The Manager was the kindest young gentleman who looked after me so well in my circumstances. I have stayed at many a Premier Inn but this one truly was the one with a five star rating. Many thanks guys for making a last minute stay comfortable.

Had the best stay at the Market Harborough Premier Inn. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful from Receptionists, to cleaning ladies - everyone greeted me with a smile and helped me with my luggage to my car. Room was top notch, clean and comfortable. It felt special with all of the Easter Activites for the children and Easter Eggs, and I enjoyed the biscuits left in my room. Would definitely recommend and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Book somewhere else. Stayed here for 2 weeks. Day 1 I had hair in my eggs. Day 2 raw sea food im unsure if they have 2 chefs? The breakfast was spot on. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable. The staff were running around trying to seat people after over booking table's. Waited over an hour and a half for food. Although the hotels clean it's lacking finishing touches maintenance side. After working in a much busier hotel I think this is down to management and staffing. All the staff are super friendly they just need someone who knows how to run a business properly. Out side seating had broken glass for nearly 3 days.

Very Welcoming Front Desk Team, we are regular guests here and they know us by name, which is really nice. We had 2 minor issues down to personal preference with the comfort of the chair and the reception team swapped it around and made sure everything was okay for me. Thanks for a great stay !

Chose for the location/price for visiting family nearby. Was very pleasantly surprised by the value for money and service. Room was clean, comfortable and in line with other Premier Inns. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and functional. Plenty of parking on site. We did find it hard to get out of the car park in the evening as the queue for McDonalds drove thru was blocking the exit! However there were plenty of spaces and it was peaceful overnight. Breakfast was good for the money with cooked options to order rather than buffet style and the quality good. My only criticism being the machine coffee was not the best. An option for fresh filter coffee would be a great addition. What stood out for us was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The lady on reception when we arrived was very helpful and warm, the breakfast team were really helpful and the cleaning staff all asked how our stay was as we left in the morning.

The hotel is several miles outside Market Harborough on a service park, with a McDonalds, petrol station and a petrol station Simply Foods. There is a restaurant attached, the Langton Inn, which is a pub restaurant. The room was as expected, good mattress and ensuite bath with shower over. There is a kettle, with tea and coffee. There were extra pillows, which we made use of and unmade single bed, which we could have done without. There were no glasses or hand towels but these were provided on request. The wifi is poor, needless to say there is an option to purchase better wifi, which we did not make use of. The biggest problem we had was the noise. Just walking down the corridor can be heard in the room, we were woken on both nights by guests returning at around 2 am and chatting loudly. On the second night two guests had a full on argument outside our door, which we chose not to deal with at the time for our on safety. However, we mentioned it on checking out and got a rather hollow apology. It is unlikely that we will choose to stay here again and will look at alternatives for our next visit.
