Disappointed The picture on hotel’s website must be either old or previous owners it said about breakfast included in the ‘breakfast room’ even a notice in the room about breakfast but there was NO breakfast room and NO breakfast had to go out each morning and buy our own never saw any staff after booking in which explained why they want payment on arrival did email the address on the room information and as of yet still no reply and have been home two days no reply to number I texted also which was in the hallway also The room itself was clean and comfortable bed but missing handle inside bathroom door which my partner caught her arm on a couple of times and could not use shower as was broken and not attached to the wall at the bottom as was the toilet roll holder also broken I have pictures too show all the comments I have made

on the website it was described as a guest house with reception and breakfast available it does no have a reception or any catering facilities now and is just rooms for hire a al AirbandB. And I was not expected, I had to wait on the door step for someone to come from another address to let me in and had to wait again while they got my room ready. It was OK but not what I thought I had booked for! And the batteries ran out on the TV remote and I had to replace them to make the TV work and the water didn't run away properly in the shower tray, taking too long to go away! Something must have gone wrong with your or their booking system and needs to be sorted out.

Deserve refund for this shoddy stay. No staff on premises, managed remotely. Had to sit on door step for 55 mins upon arrival before i could reach someone by phone. People living next door said that this has happened a few times. Breakfast not on sight. Was going to be cafe in next street, then got changed overnight (note under room door) to another cafe a 5 mins walk away (in the rain)

it was ok for what it cost

For the price was very good just a few negatives 1) I asked if i could leave my luggage before booking in time and was told yes and given code to enter.....but no one came so for security reasons i could not really leave it. 2) No word done on room between my 3 nights stay 3) long life milk was curdled ? down to very hot weather?)
