Decently clean, nicer than expected. 30 min drive to downtown. Friendly staff and rooms are decently sized. Comfortably fit 4 of us and our belongings.

Very pleasantly surprised. The check in was very friendly and easy. Our room was ready before it had to be and was very clean with plenty of space for our personal stuff. The pool was clean and nice with some chaise lounge chairs and small tables. Coffee and juice in the breakfast area. We stayed for one night midweek and will be back another time in the future.

We have traveled to the Cape Cod every year for several years and usually stay at Wellfleet Motel and Motor Lodge. This year we travelled with other people and stayed here instead. The cost of this room was a bit more but not an issue until it WAS. The room has been updated but very cheaply done and we could hear every footstep in the rooms around us due to the flooring. The air conditioning unit made more noise than most people can sleep through which made it a very long night but the biggest problem however was in the cleanliness. The tub in this unit has clearly not been scrubbed in quite some time and had a filthy ring around it. I wore flip flops to take a shower and they were sticking to the floor. There were several scratches in it which shows wear and tear but the filth was inexcusable. I don’t expect a top notch hotel for the $250 I spent but I do expect clean! We won’t be back, instead we will return next year to Wellfleet.

Property is dirty. Place people right next to each other when hotel is empty. Walls if you can call them that. You hear EVERYTHING.Yeah baby yeah I am assuming they are playing a family game of Yatzee Place sucks. Pay more and enjoy Cape Cod. This place will ruin a beautiful experience. It's all about money to the owners. Money money money

The room was good for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the manager was friendly. The grounds around the motel could have been better kept but the room worked out well for our two-night stay.

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed! I cannot believe the countless issues we had - camping in a tent would have been a better alternative - no water for showers( literally) dirty bathroom and quarters, including toilet and sink not cleaned with remnants of previous use still VERY visible !
