This resort is perfect. It’s casual Caribbean vibes call me back every year. There’s plenty of places to “hide “ and find quiet, plenty of places to party and make new friends, sun, shade, beach. The views from Harmony are truly out of this world. I think Saint Lucia is the most beautiful island I’ve ever seen. Airport transfer is literally 3 mins lol. What I really need to shout out here is the staff… incredible… ! And the Food!!!…. — Kevin at the Lobby Bar (he truly knows how to “hook it up!” ), Tyrone, whose sunny personality and perfect Dirty Bananas are legendary ☀️, the amazing team at Silk (not to mention exceptional food..we went back 2 nights in a row for more lol), the helpful Adventure Desk crew, Jamil at The Cove (with that special secret drink ), and the hardworking Flip Flops night team — all made our trip even more special! 10/10

This was our second time to Coconut Bay and cannot wait for third. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as special as they can. I love the newly remodeled rooms.

We enjoyed every part of our stay — from our delicious dining , fun activities , sparkling pools , and Cocoland Kidz Club to the warmth and care of from your amazing team. A very special shoutout goes to: Our Trattoria team for their excellent service . The ladies at check-in who started your holiday with a smile. Jabari on the buggy for making moves around the resort smooth and fun. Zarah at reception for her helpfulness and kindness. Vazquez from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless and welcoming. From check-in to housekeeping to kids activities and break lunch and dinner, everything was excellent for us with no issues. The staff in hotel are amazing and felt that the hotel also took care of them for which they took care of their guests. The canbana hire on seashore was very unique and privacy in paradise. There was a lovely small farm to visit and outdoor games like tennis courts available. We loved everybit of the place. Thank you for great hospitality

My husband and I visited Coconut Bay in January 2025 for a 10 day winter break and loved every minute of our first visit to Saint Lucia. Firstly, we would like to thank the hotel for an incredible and welcoming holiday with special mentions for the following people who stood out as extra special to us: Kiana and Lester - in the Coconut Walk restaurant On site nurses and Dr Sherwin James - who provided excellent patient care Jev - our housekeeper Cory, Shannil and chef Mickey (who came to introduce himself to us) in Calabash Kermale and Jedi - The Lobby bar Ruth - on reception Location: The hotel is based at the bottom of the island near Vieux Fort, 5 minutes from Hewanorra International Airport. The airport was small, efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful, even when we had a packing error. The departure lounge had a few shops, a bar and a few food options available too. Note: The duty free was better in the airport than in our hotel and local alcohol was more competitive. Imported drinks did not complete with British shop prices, i.e. Baileys can be bought significantly cheaper at home. The complex is on the South East side of the island which faces the North Atlantic Ocean, which is very choppy due to the trade winds. The weather was constant, day and night, at 27 - 30 degrees. Although not the rainy season, as a tropical island, there are swift changes in weather, but after a quick burst of rain, the sun is back out in no time. The only downside of the location will be for those who like to swim in the sea, there is a lot of Sargassum (sea ****) on paradise beach at this time of year. Although the hotel maintain this daily, there’s too much to clear and natural, so unavoidable. If this is an issue, a hotel facing the Caribbean Sea might be a preferred option for you. Resort: The resort was approx 85 acres and utterly beautiful. It hosts three different hotels on site, Serenity (5*) and Harmony (4*) were adult only and Splash (4*) hosted family rooms. The resort is a destination wedding venue too with a beautiful ocean front wedding gazebo. There a few pools, some are adult only, water activities offered and one had a swim up bar and there was a lazy river with slides too. As a swimmer, I would say only one pool was big enough to truly swim in (25m); probably 50m but separated by a water polo net which is permanently in place. Plenty of well maintained and comfortable sun loungers around all of the pools. However, some guests were guilty of securing a preferred spot (especially the luxurious padded loungers) with towels and failed to return to them for hours, if at all, so a ruling might be a welcome solution by the hotel to manage this fairly for all. Two of the pools had hot tubs too. In addition, some had moveable water based chairs too to keep cool while bathing. If you want to maximise your R&R and don’t want to move, bar staff would come around to offer drinks. This is a free service but tips

Great holiday. From the get go. The transfer from the airport was smooth. Check in was a bit hectic at first as the desk was overwhelmed however still efficient and got a nice room with amazing sea and pool views. Everyone was very friendly and helpful too many names to mention but big thumbs up to all the staff. Drinks and food at the hotel was good. Lots of choice. Great restaurants especially silk and the veggie bistro. Ladies in the morning secured us fresh coconuts. Plenty of sun beds around. The beach area -paradise beach further down (2 mins walk) was amazing and kept clean the sea **** was removed regularly. Went on tour round the island and was lovely to see all the attractions and do some shopping. Overall had an amazing holiday. Would definitely recommend.
