Ground Floor有兩間房並擁有獨立衛浴，很適合有大型行李的人入住，而first floor為兩間房間合用衛生間。但此酒店為夫妻合營，並不是任何時候都在，需要打電話給他們。附近有超市、巴士站。前往卡爾頓山、司各特紀念塔很方便。

Hotel acogedor con buena comunicación en el transporte, lo peor es que no hay recepción al llegar, está un poco a las afueras y no hay muchos servicios.

Bedbugs!! Woke up to discover the bed and headboard was alive!! Absolutely disgusting, Mohammed the owner/manager has fobbed me off for 5 weeks regarding my refund, who wants to pay to sleep in a bed like that. Would not recommend staying at this guest house.

Nightmare experience. When we arrived at the property in the evening (with a confirmed reservation), we found no one there, only phone numbers to call. After half an hour of trying, we managed to speak to someone who told us they'd had a problem with the room and that it was no longer available. He said they'd tried to call to let us know, but the call had been made via WhatsApp, and since we were abroad and without internet, we hadn't even received it. In addiction, we discovered that the property not only hadn't cancelled the reservation, but had declared that we hadn't checked in and had therefore given up the room, so we didn't even get a refund. A real scam

I was there in June, 2025, with two others and we were not impressed! No one there when we arrived around mid afternoon so we sat outside and waited for an hour or more! Finally saw a phone number and called it and were told how to get in and which room to go to. Only one bed in it and there were three of us, single senior ladies. We left our things, went out and managed to find the downtown and a place to eat, so after we returned from eating, I went back down to the main door, managed to finally get someone to answer it, explained we needed a bigger room, he looked confused, phoned someone, then told me to wait in the dining room. After several minutes a woman drove up in a car and came in and directed me to another room. We had to carry suitcases down stairs, around the outside, and up more stairs and no one offered to help. We were there three nights and never saw anyone again all that time. There was no breakfast served ( contrary to the brochure saying a free full breakfast served each morning from 8 to 9 ) no staff to assist with luggage, or anything else! No staff at all! No safe in the room. No garden to enjoy! Very deceiving write up! Would not recommend it to anyone else!

Overpriced and underwhelming Overpriced and underwhelming, small room had problems locking doors. No parking available on-site only 3 parks for 20 rooms and needed to park on street. Noise from other rooms consistently both next door and above us. Breakfast room was storage room for extra bedding and not inviting and their was no breakfast available.
