فريق العمل كان ممتازاً عند تسجيل الدخول، منطقة الاستقبال كانت نظيفة ومرتبة. كانت الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة، بالقرب من المتاجر والمطاعم. تنطلق الحافلات بشكل متكرر إلى إدنبرة ويقع الترام بالجوار.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn, better value than the city centre. Our room had been refurbished so everything was fresh and immaculately clean. There were refurbishments ongoing at the hotel and the area was not cordoned off so we did end up walking through part of the works area. It should really be sealed off to the public. The room has no air-conditioning and was too warm.

Half drunk can of iron bru and empty crisp bag on windowsill, crusty stains on child’s bed, men’s underpants on mother in laws bathroom door (pretty sure not hers), litter in the other family room. Crappy wi-fi, sweltering rooms. Apart from that, fine.

Bed very comfy. Room was clean and ready to use . Shower was good and everything was in working order . The staff were very helpful and polite and the brewers fayre next door was good for breakfast and an evening meal. Location wise I found it good.

Wonderful staff who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was just right. They went above and beyond to give us a positive experience. Our experience wouldn't have been out of place in a 5 star luxury hotel. Will definitely recommend and return in future.

Hotel was under construction, which we were aware of and to be fair that didn't really affect our stay here. We were in a newly refurbished room to begin with and was very disappointed with it. There was hardly any hanging space or drawers for clothes and although there were loads of plug points and usb points there was no desk to use. Moved to an older room and much more storage. Staff in the hotel very lovely and very helpful

The room was absolutely lovely, very modern and very quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and I would like to make particular mention of Shagoda on the evening shift and Yasmine and Nikita in the morning. Excellent customer service, very friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for more :)

Great hotel. Location is excellent, the hotel is very well equipped, bedrooms are lovely and clean, good wifi, bed really comfy, choice of bath and shower! Overall made an excellent experience and we will definately use this hotel again. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but did not disturb us at all

The hotel is in a quiet location and the hotel was peaceful at night. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious and the beds are comfy. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was good, although the selection of cooked food wasn't the best. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The tram stop is about 8 minutes walk away and the tram takes about 15-20 minutes to get into the city.
