"فندق محترم وجبة فطور لا بأس بها ترقى لمستوى ٤ نجوم . يوجد بالاسفل كافيه ذو تنوع كافي بداية اليوم . الموقع مناسب جدا .. وقريب من وسط المدينة مما يسهل التنقل منه واليهات السياحية القريبة ."

"Very good hotel"

"Stayed here 22/8/26 to 27/8/26 visiting family We received a warm welcome and given advice on facilities. We booked a superior room through *******, and stayed in room number 112 breakfast and evening meal included however we like to eat out. We did try evening meals twice it was ok. Rooms were clean but missed the cleaning morning after our arrival. Even though we put the sign for cleaning on the door. I don’t understand this when plenty of staff were around the corridor. Just to be aware, I took a bottle of water I’d paid for out off the mini bar in the room and took it into the dining room, one off the waiters sighed a receipt to say I had bought it in the restaurant. I showed the receptionist with dark hair I don’t know her name? our signatures on our cards that didn’t match the signature on receipt. who took our payment for lots off items from the mini bar, main bar, and restaurant. So we wasn’t charged. The morning we left we were charged for a Coke. We’d bought a large bottle of Coke from the shop and left half a bottle in the room. Well when I questioned this with the receptionist, the receptionist (with dark hair) who we paid our last bill was stood in reception and questioned when I mentioned we hadn’t had the coke and left half of a bottle from the store. She pulled a face and spoke to her colleague. Well we just paid for the coke I just couldn’t be bothered to say anymore. So just be aware I’m a honest person I was absolutely disgusted. The beds were comfortable and shower was great. We didn’t use any of the other facilities in the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of the city. Would we stay again probably but I’d be wary due to the fact I was made to feel dishonest"

"غرفة رائعة ومساحة وفيرة ولكن الصغرى على مستلزمات الحمام. لا يوجد صابون أو تكييف. وقدموا 2 أكياس صغيرة من غسيل الجسم ولكن لا توجد غسالة ملابس. لا شامبو أو تكييف أو بار موقع جيد، على بعد 15 دقيقة من محطة القطار و أقل من 10 دقائق إلى القلعة أو المطاعم."

"تسجيل سريع عبر التطبيقات الموقع جيد في وسط المدينة قريب من كل المعالم غرفة نظيفة وسرير مريح مواقف السيارات كانت قريبة من الفندق في الجوار بسبب قلة الأماكن التي فيها"

"النظافة جيدة والفطور جيد التوصيل للخدمات أساسا لا يوجد مشكلة، مع أخذ حمام السباحة يمكنك الاستمتاع بالساونا من داخل الفندق، العنوان يقع في منتصف محطة القطار والمدينة القديمة حوله لايوجد تقريبا متاجر قريبة، لايوجد مفاتيح لحرق المياه في الغرفة، العطش يمكن أن يحل في البار الخاص بالفندق تحتاج إلى الانتباه إلى وقت تسجيل الخروج بكثير من الفندق العادي."

"الرقم كما في الصورة. كل شيء متوفر. لكن. لكن.!!! كسور قفل الباب الخارجي لم يتم إصلاحه ولم يتم تغيير الغرفة. باب الحمام لا يغلق. الطعام في مبنى آخر ، دقائق في5-10 من الفندق عادي ، من 7 إلى 10 ، لكن إلى9.40 ما تبقى كثير. الفراش، الفراش، الوسائد جيدة، كما هو الحال في جميع الأنحاء، لكن هناك بعض الشقوق على الجدران."
